a gender that fluctuates between three different states of gender that can be identified with shades of blue.

navy 000080: a very solid gender, resonates deeply.

light sky blue 87CEFA: a stable/steady gender, isn't as prominent.

light cyan E0FFFF: a very soft gender. almost isn't there, but is just under the surface.

note: this is a nonbinary gender, but the user can choose to make it lean one way or another if they so choose, i don't make the rules.
